Ballymaloe Irish Stout sauce is a distinctive and tasty alternative to peppercorn, garlic butter or Béarnaise sauces. Made with Dungarvan Irish Stout and a mix of tomatoes and well chosen spices, it’s great with burgers, chicken, roasted vegetables and of course a good steak. It can be used as a glaze towards the end of cooking meat so it’s just right for barbecues with friends!
